Dry Needling

A needling technique that utilises sterile acupuncture needles to treat myofascial trigger points, and taut palpable spots in the muscle to reduce muscle pain and dysfunction.

Our chiropractors have completed additional training in dry needling to refine their skills in this technique.

Treatment involves the insertion of a needle into the trigger point, which is pain-free, gentle and safe. This technique reduces muscle spasms and pain rapidly and improves muscle flexibility and strength.

Dry needling can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including but not limited to:

• Muscle Tightness &/or Pain
• Headaches
• Acute & Chronic Pain (Arthritis, Disc Injuries)
• Referred Pain
• Overactive Muscles
